Key Responsibilities:
* Develop high-quality technical content, including plans and processes, ensuring clarity and compliance in documentation.
* Support quality assurance and governance by assisting in the development, implementation, and review of procedures and best practices.
* Plan and conduct audits, overseeing surveillance and compliance checks for ship upgrade and construction programs, with real-time corporate reporting.
* Manage stakeholder engagement, facilitating discussions, resolving technical issues, and leveraging software tools such as JIRA and TRMS.
Requirements:
* Proven ability to develop and publish technical content, ensuring clarity and compliance.
* Strong drafting and publishing skills, with proficiency in MS Word and PDF formatting for professional documentation.
* CAD software experience, particularly AutoCAD, to support technical design and visualization tasks.
* Engineers Australia Stage 1 competency for Engineering Associate (or ability to obtain within three months).
* Minimum AQF Level 6 qualification (Advanced Diploma, Associate Degree, or equivalent) in an engineering-related field.
* Strong understanding of ISO 9001 quality practices and principles to ensure industry compliance and best practices.
