**What you will love about the role**:
- Responsible for covering all risks, motor, commercial and domestic property, business interruption, liability, engineering/machinery breakdown, and deterioration of stock
- Working within a broker environment
- Managing a portfolio of around 100 claims a quarter
- Working within a broking team, and liaising with clients and insurers
- Being the client's advocate and managing their claim effectively
**What you will enjoy bringing to the role**:
- Your commercial claims experience, to confidently manage a commercial portfolio
- Ability to understand policy wording and structure and negotiate a positive outcome for the client
- Your confidence and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working closely with clients, claims and legal specialists, and assessors
- Negotiating the best outcome for the client
