Our client, within Queensland State Government are seeking an Executive Support Officer to provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Executive Director and leadership team for a 12-month contract.
In this role, you will:
* Deliver confidential, client-focused secretarial and executive support, including email and diary management.
* Coordinate responses to requests for information and advice on behalf of the Executive Director.
* Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
* Provide executive support using Microsoft Office and corporate systems for finance, travel, and workforce data.
* Assist with procurement, purchasing, and reconciliation of corporate card transactions.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
