The Aviation Marketing Specialist drives passenger growth across Airport Development Group's (ADG) airports through strategic aviation marketing and high-value partnerships. This role focuses on developing cooperative marketing initiatives with airlines, tourism bodies, travel trade, and airport stakeholders, supported by data-driven insights into traveller behaviour and market opportunities.
Using strong marketing and communications expertise, you will plan, deliver, and evaluate aviation marketing campaigns that generate measurable passenger growth and support ADG's aviation objectives.
What You Will Do
Lead the delivery of the Aviation Marketing Strategic Plan, including all major campaigns and promotions.
Develop and manage cooperative aviation marketing partnerships with domestic and international airlines and destination marketing organisations.
Design and execute integrated aviation marketing campaigns across ADG airports.
Work closely with the Content and Marketing Manager and Head of Corporate Affairs on aviation-focused social media and PR activity.
Manage relationships with travel trade partners, creative and media agencies, and service providers.
Oversee aviation marketing data, insights, and reporting to inform strategy and measure performance.
Prepare and present performance reports to senior leadership and external partners.
What You'll Bring
Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
Minimum three years' experience in a marketing or advertising role.
Proven experience delivering marketing campaigns and managing agencies.
Strong capability in negotiating and delivering cooperative marketing agreements.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable
Experience in aviation, airports, or travel.
Copywriting experience with published examples.
Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
Working knowledge of design tools such as Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
