Role Overview
You will support integrating ESG considerations into our systematic equities portfolios, focusing on corporate engagement, ESG research, proxy voting, and stakeholder collaboration to enhance long-term client value.
Working with a collaborative team, you will engage with company management, provide ESG insights for investment decisions, and communicate our stewardship approach to stakeholders. Our data-driven, systematic approach ensures efficient analysis of a large portfolio universe.
Qualifications
* Over 5 years of experience in ESG analysis, stewardship, or related roles in asset management or financial services
* Strong understanding of material ESG issues across sectors and evaluating company ESG practices
* Familiarity with listed equity investing, both systematic and fundamental approaches
* Knowledge of proxy voting, stewardship codes (e.g., UK Stewardship Code), and ESG frameworks (e.g., SASB, TCFD, UN PRI)
* Excellent communication skills, with experience producing ESG research and reports for diverse audiences
