Minimum Requirements
* Cert III or IV in Individual Support (or working towards)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Working With Children Check (if applicable)
* First Aid & CPR
* Driver's licence + reliable vehicle
* The right attitude (non-negotiable)
