Be responsible for providing flexible relief across multiple departmental administrative roles and delivering prompt, reliable, and effective support to patients, visitors, management, and staff.
Have a proactive attitude and motivation to undertake training and develop cross-disciplinary skills across various functions.
Engage confidently with clients, stakeholders, and staff to ensure high standards of customer care and communication.

In this position you will.....
Utilise high level communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills by communicating in both written and oral forms and functioning within a multidisciplinary team environment.
Exercise discretion in the absence of decision-makers to resolve conflicts, meet deadlines, and establish work priorities.
Collaborate with your supervisor and colleagues to identify opportunities for improving administrative systems, procedures, and strategies, and provide support for approved modifications to these systems or processes.
