We're on the lookout for a passionate, present, and people-first Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team into our next chapter of growth and excellence.
What you'll be doing:
* Leading a tight-knit, vibrant front-of-house team in a busy, fast-paced environment.
* Driving consistently excellent guest experiences with warmth, attention to detail, and charisma.
* Fostering a strong team culture grounded in openness, collaboration, and generosity.
* Working closely with the Head Chef and Operations Manager to deliver on service, revenue, and operational targets.
* Always improving — seeking out new ways to refine, elevate, and enrich the day-to-day experience for guests and staff alike.
