What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the long-term, profitable growth of Cabot's within Bunnings – Australia's leading retail partner for woodcare. As a National Account Manager, you'll work closely with the Cabot's Channel Business Manager, the Retail Customer Partner, and a wide network of stakeholders across Marketing, Field Sales, Finance, Operations, R&D, and the Cabot's Leadership Team. You'll take ownership of developing and executing strategic category initiatives, driving sales and market share growth, and managing the end-to-end financial planning cycle.
A key part of your role will be fostering strong relationships with the Bunnings Buying Team and associated departments to deliver mutually beneficial commercial outcomes. You will also play a vital role in supporting and guiding our Field Sales, Retail Select, and Brand Ambassador teams to strengthen in-store advocacy and execution. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact, build a highly valuable commercial skillset, and contribute to the continued success of market-leading brands such as Cabot's, Intergrain, Feast Watson and Timber Protect.

What We're Looking For
Business degree in Commerce, Marketing, or Finance (preferred)
Understanding of the Bunnings environment and systems (preferred)
Experience in a commercial environment with strong understanding of retail concepts and financial drivers
Strong influencing, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
Account management and sales expertise, ideally within retail
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and translate them into clear actions
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Experience in brand or category marketing (desirable)
