ahs hospitality is seeking a dynamic and experienced Cluster Executive Housekeeping Manager to lead housekeeping operations across a portfolio of premium hotel partners in Hobart. This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone passionate about service excellence, team development, and operational performance.
About the Role
As our Cluster Executive Housekeeping Manager, you will oversee multiple hotel sites, ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional housekeeping standards aligned with brand expectations and guest satisfaction. You'll be responsible for leading large teams, driving operational efficiencies, and building strong client relationships across your cluster.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic leadership across multiple housekeeping sites
* Ensure exceptional cleanliness standards and compliance with brand requirements
* Manage and mentor our Executive Housekeeping Manager
* Drive labour management, rostering, and cost control
* Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners
* Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and service delivery outcomes
* Lead recruitment, training, and ongoing development initiatives
* Champion a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
About You
* Proven experience in a senior housekeeping leadership role (multi-site or cluster experience highly regarded)
* Strong people leadership skills with the ability to engage and inspire teams
* Commercial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost management
* Exceptional client relationship and stakeholder management skills
* Highly organised with a focus on operational excellence and detail
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
* Knowledge of hotel brand standards and compliance requirements
