The role:
With our defence projects commencing in January 2026, Symal are searching for two Foremen to bring their hard‐earned experience and efficiently deliver complex projects that truly benefit local Adelaide communities safely and on‐time.
Your everyday:
* Assisting the Supervisor in managing the construction program.
* Accountability of site personnel and adherence to safety.
* Supervision of our own workforce as well as subcontractors.
* Preparation of SWMS, ensuring the delivery of toolboxes and fostering an overall culture of safety.
* Ensuring environmental compliance across our sites.
Who are you?
* Relevant civil construction experience required.
* Experience in plant operations preferred.
* Understanding of site‐based protocols.
* Valid driver's licence and own transport.
* Relevant tickets & licences.
