The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven and client-focused Sales Associate to join our Franck Muller boutique. This is a unique opportunity to represent one of the world's most prestigious and innovative watchmaking brands in an exclusive luxury environment. As a key member of our boutique team, you will deliver personalised service, drive sales performance, and foster enduring relationships with both new and existing clients. You will also play an important role in upholding the presentation and operational excellence of the boutique, ensuring every client's experience reflects the very best of Franck Muller.
What you will do
* Deliver a consistently exceptional client experience that reflects Franck Muller's heritage of innovation and luxury.
* Build and nurture long-term client relationships, cultivating new business opportunities while deepening loyalty with existing clients.
* Support boutique management in achieving sales targets and contributing to a high-performance team culture.
* Develop and maintain strong product and brand knowledge to confidently share Franck Muller's craftsmanship and brand story with clients.
* Ensure the boutique's presentation, merchandising, and stock management are maintained to the highest standard.
* Assist with boutique operations, including POS transactions, cash handling, stock control, and daily opening/closing procedures.
What you will bring
* Minimum 2 years' experience in luxury retail sales, ideally within fine timepieces or jewellery.
* A proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a client-centric environment.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
* Impeccable professional presentation and an understanding of luxury service etiquette.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
* Confident using retail systems and CRM platforms; qualifications in business, horology, or jewellery are highly regarded.
* A clear Police Check is required.
