Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to ensure efficient functioning of the Governance section;
* Ensure high standards of governance frameworks and legislative compliance through effective support of administrative and statutory processes;
* Develop and maintain council policies, guidelines, and procedures;
* Compile and present regular reports on council performance against key corporate goals;
* Provide technical governance expertise to assist and coordinate the Governance Team;
