About the Role
We're looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager to lead an SAP HRIS implementation program based in Brisbane. This role will take ownership of end-to-end delivery across SuccessFactors modules, with a strong focus on Payroll integration and delivery within an Australian context.
You'll be responsible for driving outcomes across business and technical stakeholders, managing vendors/SIs, and ensuring the program is delivered on time, on budget, and to scope.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP SuccessFactors implementations
* Manage project governance, schedules, budgets, and reporting
* Coordinate internal teams, system integrators, and third-party vendors
* Manage Payroll workstreams, including integration, testing, and cutover
* Ensure alignment between HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance stakeholders
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Project Manager on SAP SuccessFactors programs
* Strong Payroll experience (Australian payroll)
* Experience managing SI partners and complex enterprise programs
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
