Role Description

We are seeking a skilled sales professional to promote and generate parts and service sales streams with the intention of exceeding set sales targets and striving for growth. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing parts as required and distributing them to customers by preferred method. You will also liaise with freight companies to follow up freight shortages and process claims for damaged or missing freight.
* Oversee the successful delivery of parts supply to customer shutdowns, meeting critical deadlines.
* Process orders in a timely manner to ensure customer delivery dates are met.
* Participate in an on-call rotation to provide coverage for after-hours and weekends.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have some relevant experience in a parts environment, preferably in earthmoving or associated industries. You will need to possess confident, courteous, and professional communication and presentation skills, as well as excellent customer service skills. Additionally, you should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have a keen attention to detail and high level of organisational skills.
