VOICE – Psychologists & Allied Professionals prides itself on the delivery of clinical services designed as interventions that are effective in assisting individuals with their mental health.
Our VOICE staff are qualified, professionally registered, and highly experienced. Our face-to-face services are provided across Queensland, Victoria, and New South Wales, and we deliver telehealth across Australia. At VOICE, our team focuses on achieving the most effective outcomes. We operate from a holistic framework that incorporates a supportive and caring person-centred approach balanced with an understanding of real-world requirements.
We are currently seeking an experienced Psychologist or Counsellor to join our team on a full-time basis working from our Campbelltown office.
You will need to be motivated, inspiring, and an accessible individual who can pursue outcomes for clients and contribute to the overall performance of the office where you will be based. You should be flexible, adaptable, and able to manage shifting work priorities.
Your role will include :
* Working with diverse clients to support recovery and achieve positive client-led outcomes
* Working within an evidence-based practice model – providing clinical assessments, therapeutic interventions, development of support case plans and return-to-work plans, and supporting the implementation of these plans
* Establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with a range of treating multidisciplinary specialists, community groups, employers, customers, and government agencies
* Delivering and providing support to other staff via training related to dealing with clients who have mental health and physical barriers to employment
* Implementing and facilitating an innovative treatment/training program to assist candidates in overcoming their barriers
* Monitoring outcomes and contributing to the development of internal resources

About YOU :
* Friendly and professional psychologist seeking to work in a multidisciplinary team environment
* Desire and motivation to make a change working with clients with multiple complex barriers to employment
* You will be flexible and adaptable and able to manage shifting work priorities
* Registration as a psychologist or Counsellor with the Psychology Board of Australia (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) or PACFA (Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia)
* A desire to be part of a highly professional allied health team
* An ability to communicate with a wide cross-section of the community and non-English speaking clients
* Initiative, problem-solving skills, and energy
