Are you a strategic Operations Leader with a passion for driving excellence in business banking and third-party origination?
IMB is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimise the operational delivery of our Business Banking and Third-Party functions on a 12 month fixed term contract.About The RoleAs Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless execution across internal processes, broker channel enablement, and strategic project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead business operations and resolve escalations to ensure service continuity
* Drive strategic projects and represent Business Banking in cross‑functional initiatives
* Oversee broker onboarding, accreditation, and channel enablement
* Provide strong people leadership, coaching, and performance management
* Ensure compliance with IMB's risk and regulatory frameworks
* Champion training, development, and continuous improvement across the team
What You'll Bring
* Proven leadership and coaching experience
* Deep knowledge of business banking and commercial lending products
* Strong financial analysis and attention to detail
* Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
* High digital literacy and proficiency in IMB systems and MS Office
* Experience in client service within a financial environment
* Tertiary qualifications in Banking, Finance, Management, or related fields would be highly desirable
