Senior Loss Adjuster / Claims Preparer Salary: up to $120,000 bonuses (depending on experience) Type: Full-time We’re looking for an experienced Senior Loss Adjuster / Claims Preparer who thrives on variety, takes pride in delivering high-quality work, and enjoys collaborating with people from all walks of life. In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of commercial, domestic, strata, and landlord claims — seeing them through from initial assessment all the way to final settlement. What You’ll Be Doing: Taking ownership of a diverse claims portfolio — primarily commercial, with a mix of domestic and strata cases Attending on-site to investigate the cause and extent of damage Communicating clearly and professionally with policyholders, brokers, and insurers Preparing detailed, high-quality reports and recommendations Working closely with contractors, service providers, and technical specialists to move claims forward Pitching in when major events or catastrophes strike — this could include national or international travel About You: You’re confident working independently but know when to collaborate. You’re analytical, solutions-focused, and bring a human touch to everything you do. Ideally, you’ll have: Solid experience in insurance — preferably in loss adjusting, claims management, or senior claims consulting Strong skills in report writing, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving A methodical mindset — you’re organised, efficient, and meet deadlines without breaking a sweat A genuine empathy for clients and a professional approach at all times A desire to keep growing — both personally and professionally Qualifications & Requirements: Loss adjusting or relevant industry qualifications (or working towards them) Tertiary education in law, accounting, or a related field is a big plus Current driver’s licence Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Why Join Us?
