**About this Role**: 
**Skills and Experience**:
- Solid understanding of the geographical area in and around Lane Cove, the Northern Beaches, North Shore areas, Sydney the surrounding suburbs 
- Strong Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel), Google, Facebook, and Instagram 
- Knowledge of **Service M8** job management software is a plus 
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
- Attention to detail 
- Organised and able to meet deadlines 
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lane Cove West, NSW 2066: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office: 3 years (required) 
- Administration: 3 years (preferred)
