**About the Role**
Reporting to the Marketing and Fundraising Manager, the Digital Fundraising Specialist will
**oversee the growth of the single-giving program** as well as
**liaise with external agencies** who will support across strategy, creative and implementation for campaigns.
In this varied role, you will oversee all their cash-giving programs including digital acquisition, bi-annual digital appeals, Giving Day campaigns, and Peer 2 Peer events.
**Role Responsibilities**:
- Create & implement digital acquisition strategies.
- Co-ordinate fundraising campaigns working extensively with agencies
- Digital support to multiple events (virtual events & community fundraising events).
- Drive single-giving digital appeals & campaigns - generating leads & acquisition, eDM & SMS communications through Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn.
- Author the donor care journey for single-care giving to ensure excellence & cultivation of strong relationships.
- Champion accurate CRM usuage to ensure accurate reporting.
- Utilising the CRM to segment data for campaigns & post campaign analysis.
**Knowledge and Skills**:
- Previous experience in digital fundraising role highly regarded
- Stakeholder & supplier management experience
- Confidence in segmenting, analysing & reporting on data
- Self driven & autonomous as your manager will work remotely
