We're looking for a Business Development Manager for our Brisbane office who's not just good at sales—but driven to dig deeper, go further, and build lasting relationships that turn into smart, creative media solutions.

What we're looking for:

This is a full-time role based in Brisbane, working with our Direct Sales team.

* Experience in media, advertising or similar industries
* Comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders and business owners
* Skilled in solution-based selling and client education
* An understanding of media and marketing strategy

We're looking for someone who doesn't wait for leads—they go out and create them. You'll need to show initiative, follow through on opportunities, and back yourself in every conversation. We value consistent activity, a sharp understanding of client needs, and the ability to pitch with both creativity and commercial clarity. What to expect when you are in the role?

You will be joining an engaged team who are active in market every day. In this role you will be:

* Working to sales KPIs and targets

* Finding and following up on new business opportunities, leads, and referrals

* Running the full sales process—from first contact to closing the deal and follow-up

* Keeping track of your sales activity and pipeline using our CRM tools
