Job Responsibilities
* Act as a trusted advisor to connect with nurses and provide them with a roadmap to achieving their goals.
* Explain how our team and community help members report greater confidence in managing regulatory changes.
* Clearly communicate the core benefits of working with us, from connecting nurses to prescribing doctors in under a minute to providing expert complication management when it matters most.
* Help practitioners automate tasks such as aftercare and inventory using simple systems, allowing them to focus on growth.
* Share stories of our incredible peer community where clinic owners share real-life challenges and wins with people who understand their perspective.
* Consult with serious business owners, explaining how our enterprise-grade infrastructure is built to scale with their ambitions.
Requirements
* Connect with nurses on a human level and understand their motivations for building a business on their own terms.
* Have natural empathy and understanding of the nurse's perspective.
* Be a skilled and organized communicator capable of managing a high volume of meaningful conversations without losing the personal touch.
* Have sales experience ideally in a SaaS, healthcare, or B2B environment where a consultative approach is key.
