Project Coordinator – Growth Pathway
Buderim Office | SEQ Projects
Residential & Commercial Construction
Full-Time
Previous applicants encouraged to reapply.
We're a growing Sunshine Coast–based construction company delivering residential and commercial projects across South East Queensland. We're looking for a Project Coordinator to work closely with our Project Managers and business owner, supporting projects end-to-end and helping keep everything moving.
This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role. You'll manage project details, offside the PM and Construction Manager, client communication, selections, documentation, and internal tracking — while also supporting incoming sales enquiries and leads.
-----------------------------------
What you'll be doing
* Supporting Project Managers across multiple projects
* Managing client selections, sign-offs, and variation documentation
* Providing regular client updates and handling day-to-day enquiries
* Coordinating trades invoices/payments, tracking progress, and chasing information
* Managing contracts, claims, approvals, and compliance documentation
* Handling incoming leads and sales enquiries so nothing goes cold
* Maintaining structured tracking systems using advanced Excel and builder orientated CRMs.
-----------------------------------
This role suits you if you:
* are organised, detail-focused, and proactive
* are confident dealing with clients and trades
* pick up the phone and follow things through
* are process-driven and comfortable with spreadsheets, workflows, dashbooards and CRMs.
* Know your numbers when it comes to variations, PC dates, contracts and claims.
-----------------------------------
This role is not for you if:
* you avoid the phone or client contact
* you only want to do what's written in a job description
* you're looking for a slow, admin-only role
-----------------------------------
What's on offer
* Full-time role based in Buderim
* Competitive salary based on experience
* Direct access to the business owner and PMs as the company takes leaps and bounds to future growth in 2026.
