Hiring: Senior Environment Lead
Location: Hybrid (Melbourne-based)
Duration: 6-Month Contract (Likely to Extend)
We're looking for a Senior Environment Lead to drive strategic leadership and manage the end-to-end delivery of Integrated Environments and Release Services for a high-impact client project.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead cross-functional delivery and operational governance of environment and release services.
* Drive automation for release management and environment provisioning.
* Engage senior stakeholders to align IT initiatives with regulatory and business goals.
* Architect and implement secure, scalable solutions across AWS and GCP.
* Lead GenAI initiatives from ideation to deployment.
* Design observability dashboards using Splunk and Splunk Observability.
* Conduct FinOps reviews to optimize cloud infrastructure costs.
* Deliver DevOps automation using Terraform, GitLab, Python, REST APIs, and CI/CD workflows.
What You Bring:
* Proven experience in environment and release leadership.
* Strong background in automation, cloud (AWS/GCP), and DevOps.
* Excellent stakeholder management and architecture skills.
