The Role
As a senior banking lawyer, you will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality advice to clients. You will be responsible for advising borrowers and lenders on various aspects of project finance, including due diligence, contract negotiation, and risk management.
Requirements
* Admitted as a lawyer
* More than 5 years' experience in banking and finance
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
