Duties will include: Preparing, priming and refinishing heavy plant and associated components Applying protective and cosmetic coatings to machinery and attachments Completing minor repairs and surface rectification prior to painting Managing paint booth operations and ensuring correct setup and curing Maintaining equipment and ensuring tools are kept in optimal condition Working to production schedules while maintaining high-quality standards This is a hands-on workshop role suited to someone who takes pride in presentation and consistency. You will ideally have: Trade qualification (or equivalent experience) Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain) Experience with construction, mining, or heavy transport equipment Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to manage your own workload A long-term mindset and team-focused attitude Next Steps!
