Key Responsibilities
* Deliver expert legal advice and support to senior leaders on employment and industrial relations matters.
* Develop and implement strategies to mitigate organisational risk and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
* Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including counsel and other professionals, to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
* 10+ years PQE in employment and industrial relations law or commercial litigation advising.
* Admitted as a legal practitioner in any Australian jurisdiction.
* Ability to hold a Practising Certificate in the Australian Capital Territory.
* Experience in managing complex legal matters, including litigation and dispute resolution.
