Position Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for driving and delivering every project on time and within an agreed budget. You will be required to plan projects and work with a team to undertake tasks. Project managers should have a background in trades, business skills, management, budgeting and analysis. This position reports to the directors of QSW.

Job Responsibility
* Continuous Client Communication
* Review and understand tender information
* Plan trade resources & allocate team members to project specific tasks
* Efficient organisation and management of project procurement
* Conduct site visits on allocated projects
* Generate Production Methodologies & Documentation
* Manage Project Drawing revisions and collaborate with draftsperson on development of workshop detail drawings
* Preparation and implementation of QA documentation for allocated projects
* Preparation and implementation of OH&S documentation for allocated projects
* Plan allocation of Subcontractors to required projects
* Collaborate with workshop manager and oversee manufacturing
* Management of all deliveries for allocated projects
* Pre booking vehicles for allocated projects (mobile plant and equipment)
* Collaboration on project details with site leading hands ensuring a comprehensive handover to install team
* Manage Installations by following QSW installation procedures
* Liaise daily with install team members
* Finalise QA & project documentation
* Incident Reporting on allocated projects
* Project Financial Management
