Job Description
As Regional Manager, you will hold full operational accountability for the performance, delivery, and profitability of employment services contracts across your allocated region. Leading a team of Service Managers across multiple sites, you will drive performance against contractual, financial, and quality measures while strengthening relationships with employers, Services Australia, and key community stakeholders. You will represent atWork Australia at a regional level and play a critical role in business growth, client attraction, and service excellence.
This role can be based in Gawler, Port Pirie, or Kadina, with travel across the region as required.
In this role, you will:
* Lead, coach and develop Service Managers to achieve solid performance and engagement.
* Ensure all contractual, compliance, quality and financial obligations are met or exceeded.
* Drive placement, outcome and market share performance across all Employment Service Areas.
* Build and maintain robust relationships with Services Australia, employers and community partners.
* Provide transparent operational leadership, performance management and governance oversight.
* Contribute to financial forecas.
