About the Role
We are currently seeking a Business Development Representative working remotely from Australia to join our Australian sales team in coordination with our HQ in Madrid. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry‐leading solutions to customers in the world's most dynamic and fastest‐growing sector.
Performance Objectives
* Represent the company's products and services, beginning with a comprehensive understanding of them.
* Proactively seek new leads and business opportunities in the market.
* Use Salesforce tools (CRM, sales engagement platform), cold calling, and emailing to generate new sales opportunities.
* Set up meetings or calls between potential customers and sales executives.
* Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps.
* Identify best practices to refine the company's lead generation playbook.
* Identify prospects' needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
* Report to the sales manager with weekly and monthly results.
Competitive Candidate Profile
* C2 in English
* Prior experience is not required, but will be valued.
* Empathy and good communication skills via phone and email.
* Ability and desire to work in a fast‐paced challenging environment.
* Desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals.
* Highly self‐driven sense of motivation.
Desired Skills
* Studies in Business and Engineering are positively valued.
* Other languages are a plus, mainly Spanish or Chinese.
