Are you an experienced Residential Manager who wants to work for a progressive organisation? We are looking for a leader of our 144-bed aged care residence in Singleton
**About the Role**:
As the **Residential Manager** you will lead our team at **Singleton Community Aged Care**to provide quality care to our residents.
You will manage the daily operations of the home, leveraging your extensive knowledge and experience to navigate the accreditation process and uphold the high standards of care provided to our residents. You will have access to the latest technology, a skilled clinical team, and robust head office support that will help you to achieve this.

- Experience managing a large, aged care residence
- Hands on leader who sets the example
- Ability to build relationships
- Strong negotiation skills
- AHPRA qualified RN
- Desire to take the delivery of care and services to the next level
- Passion for resident care
