The CDP role has come about due to expansion in the restaurant and the Head Chef role will be taking over from the current owner.
This establishment is very well regarded and serves top quality food in a mostly breakfast and lunch setting.
We are looking for experienced chefs with a flair for creativity that can work in a fast paced and a high patron turnover restaurant, producing quality food that is well presented.
You must be able to work well within a close knit kitchen and restaurant team and very much be a team player.
Hours will be approx.
42 per week, 2 days off per week, mostly morning and day work, no split shifts.
Salary for the CDP is 65k + super, head chef rate will be negotiated.
Chefs receive monthly bonus also.
