The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR generalist experience, preferably in both blue- and white-collar, unionized environments. You will possess in-depth knowledge of national and state employment legislation, as well as exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with leaders to deliver strategic workforce solutions and drive business outcomes
* Provide practical advice, coaching, and insights to support the development of employees and teams
* Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and objectives
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field
* Extensive HR generalist experience, ideally within both blue- and white-collar, unionized environments
* Strong background in complex, multi-disciplinary organizations
