As our operations continue to expand, we're looking for a highly motivated and forward-thinking Warehouse Manager to join our operational team and take ownership of our warehouse's day-to-day performance.

About the Role
The Warehouse Manager will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and accurate fulfilment across inbound and outbound processes.
You'll be responsible for inventory integrity, workflow optimisation, safety compliance, and leading the warehouse team to deliver high operational standards.
This role is key to supporting our production, sales, and distribution functions—and will help shape the future of how our warehouse operates as we continue to grow.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Stock Control
Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stocktakes, cycle counts, and documented processes.
Monitor stock movements and proactively highlight discrepancies or supply risks.
Work closely with production and purchasing teams to ensure stock is always aligned with operational needs.
Order Fulfilment & Dispatch
Oversee picking, packing, and dispatch to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and a high standard of presentation.
Coordinate drop-shipping operations with third-party suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and accurate tracking.
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to prioritise urgent orders and maintain fast turnaround times.
Continuously refine workflows to improve fulfilment speed and reduce errors.
Warehouse Organisation & Efficiency
Optimise warehouse layout and systems for maximum space utilisation and productivity.
Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in process, equipment, or systems.
Maintain a clean, well-organised, and safety-focused work environment.
Team Leadership & Culture
Lead and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative, respectful, and high-performance team culture.
Provide ongoing training and development to support staff growth.
Communicate clearly and effectively, using strong EI to build trust and alignment.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with all workplace health and safety requirements.
Implement safe handling and storage procedures for all products and equipment.
Conduct regular training and safety checks.
Qualifications
Proactive and solutions-focused, always looking for ways to improve.
Organised and methodical, with excellent attention to detail.
Experienced in warehouse operations (experience in coffee, food, beverage, or FMCG preferred).
Tech-savvy, comfortable using inventory management systems and digital workflows.
A strong communicator, able to work cross-functionally with production, sales, and management.
Emotionally intelligent, confident in giving feedback, supporting team members, and managing conflict constructively.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.
Forklift licence required.
