Job Description
* Manage a high volume of residential conveyancing files from start to finish.
* Conduct thorough contract reviews.
* Coordinate settlements via PEXA and Duties Online.
* Communicate effectively with clients, banks, agents, and other stakeholders.
* Maintain accurate electronic files and databases.
* Perform other administrative tasks as required.
The Successful Applicant
* Experience as working in Conveyancing or Real Estate.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently engage with clients, banks, agents and other stakeholders.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Proven experience using PEXA settlements and Duties Online.
* Commitment to delivering exceptional service.
* Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word.
* Experience with Conveyancing Manager is preferable must not mandatory.
