We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team.
Job Summary: As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our property manager and guests.
Main Responsibilities:
* Filling in for the property manager as needed to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
* Assisting with sales administration tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
* Operating all office systems, including computer software and hardware
* Answering and directing main office phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in an administrative role
