Job Responsibilities
* Deliver High-Quality Service: Provide prompt and efficient responses to breakdowns, fault finding, and servicing to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Technical Guidance and Support: Offer expert technical guidance and support to customers through regular communication and updates.
* Travel Extensively: Travel extensively throughout the Adelaide metro region to ensure timely and effective delivery of services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Mechanical Trade Certificate: Hold a Mechanical Trade Certificate (all Mechanical Trades considered).
* Experience and Technical Knowledge: Have experience within fixed or mobile plant equipment, agricultural machinery, automotive, or similar areas, and possess strong technical knowledge.
* Driver Licence: Hold a current Driver Licence.
* Safe Work Practices: Commit to safe work practices and adhere to company policies and procedures.
* Customer Relationships: Develop strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues to drive business growth and success.
