Family Caregiver Opportunity
Culturally safe, strengths-based home visits are a cornerstone of our work with Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander families.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish trusting relationships with families through genuine communication and empathy
* Deliver scheduled home visits to support program content and outcomes
* Promote culturally sensitive care practices that prioritize positive family dynamics
About You:
* AHPRA-registered Nurse or Midwife with a passion for community healthcare
* Bachelor of Nursing degree from an accredited institution
* Current National Police Check and Working with Children Clearance
* Valid NT Driver's Licence for travel
