Our client is a large federal government agency focused on providing high quality mental health assessment and clinical counselling services. Reporting to the Assistant Director, you will work with a professional team that is all dedicated to making a difference in the lives of their clients.
About the role
- Be responsible for the provision of high quality and evidence based clinical services including intake assessment, referrals and complex case management.
- Coordinate a caseload across a wide range of individuals and their families.
- Maintain clinical records and report writing as required.
- Collate and analyze client data.
- Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate level of care is assigned.
- Be involved in community development projects as required.
About you
- You will have current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Registration Agency (AHPRA) or Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
- You will have a Working with Children (WWC) and/or Vulnerable People Checks/Clearance (Blue Card) ideally, or have it granted before commencing the role.
- Experience in a similar clinical role.
- Extensive case management experience.
- You will be passionate about clinical psychology and social work to support mental health initiatives.
Perks
- Casual temp contract to start ASAP (pending federal police clearance).
- Long term temporary contract for 12 months.
- $65 to $73 per hour plus super.
- Full time role Monday to Friday.
- Winnellie & Palmerston NT.
