FlameStop Australia is a wholesaler of leading electronic fire detection and evacuation warning systems to installers and maintenance companies in the fire industry. We have 13 x Distribution Warehouses nationwide and provide quality products to our valued trade customers. Due to continued growth, we are looking for more people to join our expanding team based in Lane Cove West.
As an internal sales representative, you will build relationships with our existing trade customers over the phone and for walk-in technicians. We are looking for someone who can help identify, qualify, and close sales leads through phone, email, and digital channels from our office. The main focus will be promoting the electronic fire alarm systems and warning system products in our range.
The role is full of variety and some of the main duties and responsibilities include:
· Building rapport, identifying customer needs, and offering tailored product/service solutions;
· Making outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries to generate leads, create, and close opportunities;
· Make accurate notes and maintain an organized CRM database;
· Staying updated on company products, services, and competitor offerings to effectively answer questions;
· Preparing sales quotes and submitting orders for processing;
· Following up leads;
· General ad-hoc tasks where required; and
· Collaborate with our team to deliver seamless experiences.
What we are looking for:

· Someone reliable with honesty and integrity; and
· Good computer skills;
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related role would be valuable.
We will provide product training to support your growth. We will achieve this through various training courses, hands on training and through other learning resources. This will allow you to be comfortable when demonstrating and talking about the products to our established customer base.
This is a full-time position Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.30pm at our Lane Cove West office. There is free parking on-site, and we are located close to bus stops.
