Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the delivery of HR initiatives aligned with our business strategy

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in an operational HR role, preferably within the mining or resources sector
* High-level communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to educate and coach various levels of the organization on employment legislation
