Where you'll make an impact
* Plan, scope, cost, and deliver development and infrastructure projects across the island in collaboration with the Project & Development Director
* Prepare and manage project programs, budgets, schedules, and tender documentation
* Oversee site operations, ensuring all works comply with WHS legislation and Australian building standards
* Engage and manage suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
* Review and approve technical drawings, design specifications, and health and safety proposals
* Coordinate site logistics including safety plans, facilities, and access management
* Lead progress meetings, monitor performance, and provide monthly PCG reports on financials, schedules, and variations
* Manage overall project quality, cost, time, and risk outcomes to meet company and stakeholder expectations
* Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, government agencies, and contractors
* Oversee staff and resources within the department to achieve best outcomes based on team strengths and expertise
* Ensure all statutory approvals and compliance requirements are met before and during project delivery

To be successful, you'll need
* Formal qualification in a relevant Building Discipline (e.g. Architecture, Construction, Project Management) – essential
* 5+ years of proven Project Management experience – essential
* Demonstrated success managing Site Managers and projects across varied disciplines and sizes
* Strong financial, contract, and program management skills
* Experience working client-side (desirable)
* Experience working client-side (desirable)
* Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to urgent site needs when required (e.g. during adverse weather or emergency conditions)
* Customer service-focused and confident representing the company in all dealings with contractors and stakeholders
