* Key Responsibilities:
* Writing project scopes of work
* Negotiating and managing sub-contracts
* Managing monthly cost reports
* Handling construction variations
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in similar roles within building and construction projects, with high computer literacy and familiarity with software such as Jobpac, Cheops, Procore.
