Job Overview
A skilled Plasterer is required to join our team in delivering a range of plastering services including installing insulation and vapour barriers, measuring, marking, and cutting plasterboard, positioning and securing panels to walls, ceilings, and battens. Additionally, one must create corner beads and secure them in position, cover joins and nail holes with wet plaster and sealing compounds, and smooth them using wet brush and sandpaper.
* Decide on plasterboard layout and ensure it meets the required standards.
* Install various materials such as acoustic, fireproofing, and insulating materials bonded with plaster, plastic cement, and similar materials.
* Plumb and straighten angles, corners, ceiling, and wall surfaces for a seamless finish.
* A minimum of three years' experience as a qualified Plasterer or equivalent.
* Certificate (III) in Plastering or relevant trade qualification.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
