Cement Australia is on the lookout for a proactive, customer-focused Customer Service & Scheduling Support Administrator to join our team at our Naval Base facility.
This is a dynamic, fast-paced role where you'll sit right at the heart of operations, working closely with customers, coordinating deliveries, and partnering with logistics teams to keep everything running seamlessly. It's a great opportunity to build hands-on experience across both customer service and operational coordination, while making a real impact day-to-day.
Roster:
* Rotating 9-day fortnight
Your Opportunity
* Be the first point of contact for customers, managing inbound enquiries and orders
* Support delivery scheduling to ensure on-time service and product availability
* Work closely with logistics, drivers and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly
* Maintain accurate records across CRM systems and support reporting
* Play a key role in resolving customer issues and improving service outcomes
* Contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced logistics environment
What You'll Bring
To excel in this role, you'll need:
* Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
* Experience in customer service, logistics, administration or similar roles
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Confident using CRM/logistics systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
* A proactive approach with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
