Precise Air is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager based in Queensland to expand our footprint and build lasting relationships with customers operating in both local and national markets. * Drive Growth: Identify and convert new business opportunities using your established industry network.
* Client Engagement: Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, becoming a valued advisor.
* Sales Strategy: Manage a robust pipeline, lead bid strategies, and deliver compelling sales presentations.
* Tendering & Estimation: Contribute to end-to-end tender submissions and estimation processes.
* CRM Excellence: Maintain accurate records in our activity-based CRM for real-time task tracking, sales reporting, and analytics.
* Safety Leadership: Promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with WHS legislation.
What you will need to be successful in this role
* Previous working experience in a building services sales role with sales quotas/targets.
* Proven track record of winning new business and driving revenue growth.
* Strong negotiation, presentation, and proposal development skills.
* Commercially savvy with a customer-first mindset.
* Tertiary or trade qualifications desirable.
* Self-motivated, solutions-focused, and a collaborative team player.
