We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join our Springvale team in a part‑time capacity (35 hours per week). About the Role
As a Senior Showroom Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in guiding customers through their purchasing journey. This is a part‑time role (35 hrs/week) with a non‑negotiable requirement to work both Saturday and Sunday, our busiest and most rewarding days. You will provide personalised product advice, close sales confidently, and deliver an exceptional in‑store experience to every customer who walks through the door.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales performance and exceed personal and store targets
* Deliver high‑quality customer service and expert product knowledge
* Manage the full sales process from enquiry to follow‑up
* Maintain showroom presentation and visual merchandising standards
* Build long‑term customer relationships and repeat business
* Work collaboratively with the showroom team to achieve store success
