About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Office Administrator to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office and providing essential support to both management and project teams.

In this role, you’ll need to thrive in a busy environment, think on your feet, and keep things running efficiently even when priorities shift quickly.

Key Responsibilities

- Managing daily office operations and administrative tasks.
- Preparing and maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation.
- Assisting project managers with scheduling, compliance, and client communication.
- Coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Supporting invoicing processing.
- Maintaining a high standard of organisation and confidentiality.

Skills & Attributes

- Has strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and resolve issues quickly.
- Thrives in a quick-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Can think on their feet and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Previous experience in construction, civil, or related industries is highly regarded.
