About the Role
* Deliver luxury facial + body treatments and exceptional client consultations.
* Mentor and develop in-store therapists, driving performance, service standards, and product knowledge.
* Lead treatment training for new spa and retail accounts (in-person + virtual).
* Support retail operations through express treatments, demos, and event coverage.
* Achieve treatment + retail sales targets and help optimise the treatment diary.
What You'll Bring
* SHB50121 – Diploma of Beauty Therapy (or equivalent qualification).
* Strong treatment skills with experience across advanced facial techniques and professional skincare modalities.
* 2+ years' experience in a spa, clinic, or premium retail environment.
* Previous training, education or mentoring experience (highly regarded).
* Leadership mindset: able to coach, motivate, and elevate therapist capability.
* A passion for skin health, wellness, and delivering transformative client results.
