Hyde Hotels is looking for talented Chefs de Partie to join our vibrant kitchen team at Farra in Western Australia. You will run your own kitchen section, ensuring the freshness and quality of dishes, mentoring junior chefs, and supporting menu planning.
An ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or relevant experience, and strong teamwork skills. Experience in Mediterranean cuisine is advantageous. Full, unrestricted Australian working rights are required.
